If you are unable to attend the Surgery because you are too ill, please telephone Reception before 11:00 Monday to Friday and give full details of the problem so we may judge the urgency of your call. The Practice covers a large rural area and home visits require a lot of travelling time – hence we only visit those who cannot come to the Surgery. Wherever possible, we ask that all patients attend the Surgery for their consultation/treatment. If you are unsure whether or not you require a home visit, please discuss this with reception staff when you call.
