All donations received (unless otherwise specified) go into the Equipment Fund. We use this Fund to provide services and equipment we cannot pay for out of our standard budgets. We are very grateful to all those who donate and for their kind comments in respect of the care received for themselves or loved ones. Please note, the District Nursing Team have a separate Fund.

To donate to the Equipment Fund, please make cheques payable to “Mitcheldean Surgery Equipment Fund.” You may also make donations at the Surgery. If you would like some of your donation to go to the District Nurses based at the Surgery, please enclose a covering letter specifying how you would like your donation to be divided.
